STRUTURED SUPPORT SERVICES
We provide a comprehensive set of non-clinical services, ensuring veterans can access the support they need:

Case Management: Individualized plans, goal setting, progress tracking, and advocacy to navigate complex systems.

Peer Support: Connection with trained peers to reduce isolation and foster self-efficacy.

Wraparound Services: Assistance with housing, employment readiness, life skills, and community resources.

Behavioral Health Referrals: Linking veterans to licensed providers for clinical care when needed.

Suicide Prevention & Early Intervention: Education, skill-building, and support strategies to reduce risk and enhance safety.

Anger Management & Emotional Regulation- Designed to help individuals identify maladaptive thought patterns, increase emotional awareness, and develop effective coping strategies to manage anger, stress, and other intense emotional responses
Program Duration & Flexibility
Veterans participate in a 6-month wraparound support phase, followed by an additional 6 months of peer support services, totaling 12 months of structured support. Based on the initial assessment, participants may continue receiving services for up to 2 years, ensuring individualized, needs-driven care and continuity of support. Any support beyond 2 years is considered on a case-by-case basis.
