A 30-minute consultation is required BEFORE any FIRST initial services can be scheduled to structure a curriculum tailored to your goals
Sessions are individual, allowing for personalized attention
Each session follows up with "take-a-way" promoting a follow up session for accountability
Sessions or Program can be scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your availability
Progress is tracked and reviewed to ensure measurable outcomes
