Cancellation Policy
Spiritual & Transformative Wellness Consulting Policy: A consultation is required prior to booking to determine the best approach tailored to each client’s goals. At HOLISTIC EMPOWER.ME, our Spiritual & Transformative Wellness Consulting provides tailored wellness planning and faith-based consulting for churches, nonprofits, and community organizations. These services are designed to align organizational culture, spiritual care practices, and holistic wellness strategies through a Christ-centered, trauma-informed lens. Each consultation is customized to meet the unique needs, mission, and context of the organization served. All consulting engagements must be scheduled in advance. A signed service agreement and full payment are required to confirm and secure your appointment or event. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after the allotted time are non-refundable due to preparation, time allocation, and scheduling commitments. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within five business days. By proceeding with services, the client acknowledges understanding of this policy and agrees to the terms.
