Choosing clean produce is a way to honor both our bodies and God’s creation. EWG’s 2025 list shows that the Clean Fifteen have the lowest pesticide levels, while the Dirty Dozen are most contaminated. “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?” (1 Cor. 6:19). As mindful stewards of our health, we are entrusted with the critical task of choosing wisely, eating clean, and protecting the temple God has given us. For items on the Dirty Dozen, it is best to purchase organic, whether fresh or frozen.
